Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Competition detail form part of these terms and conditions
  2. Entry is open to UK residents within a 75 mile radius of our office address
  3. The entrant must be aged 18 or over
  4. Proof of identity and age may be required
  5. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification
  6. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition
  7. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devised will be void
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit
  9. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
  10. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition
  11. In the event of a prize not being available, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value
  12. The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of their country of residence and cooperate with any other reasonable requests by Barn Electrical Solutions, relating to any post-winning publicity.
  13. Unless stated otherwise, the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries, received by the closing date stated within the promotion material.
  14. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with the terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
  15. Confirmation of the prize will also be made via direct message on Facebook to the winner.
  16. Failure to respond and/or to provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  17. Where applicable, the decision of the judges if final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  18. The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material.
  19. The Promoter is Barn Electrical Solutions, 2 Hill Street, Carnforth, LA5 9DY.
  20. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, the details of the promotional material shall prevail.
